Liked: Clean and good breakfast
Disliked: Room was hot and the air wouldn't cut on. Then the morning staff didn't know I had paid for breakfast and was attempting to charge me again!

After paying for the room...
Liked: I like the fact that you have a workout facility as well as a pool
Disliked: I got my room through Booking.com and for some reason it did not cross over and it made it look like I was a no-show on January 3 and January 4. It was transferred over to January 18 to January 19. I was charged twice for this room, Booking.com said that they were gonna refund my money and they never did. I’m owed $144.88 and I’m still waiting on my money. When I got to the hotel they told me even though I showed them my receipt that they were not giving me a room until I paid for another one through them and then canceled the one through you guys to get my money back. I spoke with a very nice gentleman through Booking.com after I was hung up on from the first person after waiting 40 minutes with three kids inside of a hotel room lobby. I’m highly upset. I turned in my bank statements and still have not received my money. I was looking forward to booking three more rooms with you guys, but if my money is not returned, I am not going through this again. It was not my fault that the snow came down and they moved the wrestling tournament date. I did everything I was supposed to do and on my end I took screenshots of every email stating that I would get a refund and never did I even let you guys know that I canceled my card and I’m willing to give the new card number to you to refund my money. I would like someone to make a resolution with this situation. I’m dealing with right now. My telephone number is 937-580-5804. My email is [email protected]. Please let me know what is going on with this matter because I would like to have my money back so I can start booking the other three trips for my wrestling tournaments for my children. Never in my life have I showed up to a hotel and then look at me argue with me and tell me that they’re not giving me my room. I think it was highly unprofessional that I had to pay for another room in order to be their guest. Everyone highly rates Booking.
