Liked: I didn’t like it at all. They charged my card twice for one night and then told me they couldn’t refund the money for a room for one night until 31 days later. I asked for manager and I emailed and called him and he never emailed or called back. We took the kids for spring break to go to indoor waterpark in Clinton but we were unable to pay for it because we needed the money that the hotel refused to refund until 31 days. I still have a pending charge so they still have my money.
Disliked: The staff was awful and the pool was broke

Liked: The young woman at the desk was so friendly, we felt welcomed and befriended right away. I'd requested a room on the highest floor, away from the elevator. Not only did she assign us such a room, she made sure it faced away from the highway! At our request, she recommended 3 local restaurants for dinner. The one we chose was very good. The room (mini-suite) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a curtain we could (and did) pull between the bed and the sitting area, so my husband could sleep, while I stayed awake and read for a while. Breakfast was good, the dining room clean and pleasant. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay!
Disliked: I'm sure there was something. No clue what it might have been!
