Bummer about the pool.

Liked: Location was good just outside of the busy cities.
Disliked: When we rolled up the property looked good on the surface. It looked like a typical Home2Suits. We checked in and went to the elevator. We noticed the pool was closed….we were not told this at the beginning or when making the reservation. That was one of the factors for our stay there. My daughter was looking forward to swimming in the morning. (I had a reservation at a different hotel initially for our concert but wanted to save some money and be closer to the highway. I had wished I had kept the original reservation since we were not notified about the pool situation.)Went into the elevator and we were not told we had to use our key to go up in the elevator, so after driving 5hrs noticing the one sign took a few mins. When we got into the room it looked ok. However the drain of the sink was dirty, the silverware was dirty, there was ketchup packets hidden in the hanging mugs. The sheets were ok on the surface but looking closer there were some stains on them and the towels. Around the sink was corrosion and drips of dried liquid on the handles.Breakfast wasn’t bad, Coffee was a bit watery.Check out was easy. My bill states the bookings amount my pending card amount states it with a 25$ fee hopefully that will rectify itself.

Liked: The price was a great value for what was included. Both the room and breakfast were by far more than we expected. All the staff was also very helpful when needed.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and easy to find.
Disliked: The breakfast was completely inedible and disgusting. The fruit was bad, there wasn't enough options, they went all in on a breakfast sandwich station and it was just bad. I was hoping for some eggs and fruit and all the fruit was rotten and the eggs were completely rubber.
