Nice, but really needs work

Liked: Breakfast in the morning was fabulous.
Disliked: Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable. The room furnishings had holes and stains all over them. The furniture was worn out, and was hard. We couldn't even sit on the couch because of how uncomfortable it was.

Liked: The breakfast was the best I've ever had - hands down. The employees were SO pleasant to interact with - I didn't feel like I was bothering them when I had a question or request. Everything was clean. The room wasn't cramped at all for the 4 of us who stayed.
Disliked: My only complaint was that the sofa bed mattress was too firm for my liking. And while it didn't bother me, the elevator smelled of wet dog. But that is expected when you're staying in a pet-friendly hotel!
