Comfortable family hotel

Liked: Stayed for a family wedding in Jordanville. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly, warm, and helpful. There is a FREE washer and dryer available which we used when our baby did what babies do… we enjoyed the pool, slept well, ate well… Nearby restaurants were great too.

Liked: The lady managing the breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: We were very disappointed with our stay. We had booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but upon arriving at 10:00 PM after a long drive, we were told the only room available had one king bed and a sofa bed due to a maintenance issue. Unfortunately, no one contacted us in advance to inform us or give us the option to make other arrangements.Traveling with my 77-year-old mother, the only purpose of our stay was to have a good night’s sleep before continuing our trip the next morning. I couldn’t let her sleep on the sofa bed, which was not comfortable for either of us.Additionally, the room was noisy due to traffic from the main road and passing trains, which made it even harder to get the rest we needed.This was not the experience we expected or paid for.
