Liked: Location and some amenities
Disliked: House staff cleaning were very loud. And complaining about guests messes in rooms while one EarPods. And the room cleanliness was not ok. We did not complain as they are very few options when moving kids into university of Alabama. Floors not clean . hairs in bathroom on floor and shower

Liked: The location and spacious room with bed and sofa. Also the full kitchen is a great addition for those staying longer.
Disliked: The shower gel was empty the first day. I thought they would replenish it when they serviced the room but there was no housekeeping for the time I was at the hotel. Had I known I would have notified them to refill the shower gel.

Disliked: One elevator working and no air in hallways and elevator making it extremely hot. Pool was not clean looked cloudy and very small. Rooms were clean however did see 2 baby roaches. Where there are babies there are mama and daddy’s close by.

Liked: Love this hotel! Great spacious layout for families or a few people traveling together. Great
