Exceptional

Spacious room with everything a...

Liked: I love the Home2Suites room set up...it is perfect for families with children. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you need and the separate living area is great as well. We ate out most of our days but did have dinner or a quick snack during the day and we love that it has a table that is stowed away but can be quickly pulled out. The staff was great for the most part starting from the receptionist who signed us in the first day, to the breakfast staff who was on it refilling food that would finish. The breakfast area was always clean and I saw that it was because the staff was monitoring and constantly picking up.
Disliked: Like I said, the staff was great for the most part. We stayed for 2 nights and on both nights decided to swim in the hotel pool (great pool by the way!). On both nights, there were no more pool towels on the towel rack that was in route to the pool so on both nights I had the ask the attendant up in the front for pool towels. On the first evening the attendant was a young lady and she gladly went to the back and got us more. She was very nice about it. The second evening though, a middle aged lady was in the front and completely different attitude. I was asking for the same thing..pool towels, but this lady acted like I was asking for something out of this world. She made a face then told me,"Im the only one up front so...." She paused and I wasn't sure what she was leading up to. I said,"Don't worry, this is all we need." She said ok and went and got us the towels. The handed the towels over to me without saying anything. We travel a lot and I know usually at night there are fewer people working at hotels that can assist so this hotel is no different. I was not asking for something extra. There were no more pool towels where there were supposed to have been replenished by hotel staff and yet I understood and was not mad about it. I reached the conclusion that this particular staff member maybe had a bad day. Everyone else in the hotel was polite and friendly. We were not at the hotel most of the day and other than this, I didn't request extra things from the hotel staff, so luckily, it was just one bad apple and I will continue to stay at these hotels!

Amazing!!!!

Liked: The staffWe were there for a funeral and had a lot of family at the hotel and we got together in the lobby and play cards in the evening. The staff was beyond friendly and took care of our every need. About an hour after we checked in we got a text from the front desk asking if everything was ok with our room and if we need anything just text or call. We ask for more pillows and they were at our door within 10 minutes .
Disliked: The only down size was the tv. I hard time not being able to sign in to a few of the app. There was no way to type in the password on a few of the apps.

Good for Families Traveling

Liked: I like that it was clean and very homey feeling.
Disliked: Nothing.

Already booked a return trip.

Liked: We have been traveling a lot and this was the first hotel we have been to in years that was exactly as advertised. The room was clean, the kitchen had a refrigerator and freezer as well as a dishwasher. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The sheets were super soft and the mattress felt like it was topped with something that made you feel like you were in the clouds. There was a great selection in the morning for breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that would have been nice is if the king bed had 4 pillows instead of three. The staff was so nice that if we had asked, I’m sure we could have gotten an extra pillow.
