Amazing!!!!

Liked: The staffWe were there for a funeral and had a lot of family at the hotel and we got together in the lobby and play cards in the evening. The staff was beyond friendly and took care of our every need. About an hour after we checked in we got a text from the front desk asking if everything was ok with our room and if we need anything just text or call. We ask for more pillows and they were at our door within 10 minutes .
Disliked: The only down size was the tv. I hard time not being able to sign in to a few of the app. There was no way to type in the password on a few of the apps.

Good for Families Traveling

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: We have been traveling a lot and this was the first hotel we have been to in years that was exactly as advertised. The room was clean, the kitchen had a refrigerator and freezer as well as a dishwasher. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The sheets were super soft and the mattress felt like it was topped with something that made you feel like you were in the clouds. There was a great selection in the morning for breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that would have been nice is if the king bed had 4 pillows instead of three. The staff was so nice that if we had asked, I’m sure we could have gotten an extra pillow.

Liked: Very clean and easy access from the 10 freeway. I really liked that the room was like a small apartment, with a well stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator, even a dishwasher. Michele at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating

Disliked: When brought to Staff’s attention that pet “poop bags” needed at pet relief area…they were never filled, and if the bags were made available, a tree branch blocked the way to access. If the Staff did walk-arounds of the outside areas, this would have been noticed.
