Disappointed!

Disliked: I was not able to enjoy the pool there were intoxicated persons, beer cans and trash all over the pool and jacuzzi and on tables and chairs so there was no place to sit it was very uncomfortable and they had a huge speaker playing extra loud music. My family and I felt very unsafe. I spoke with the front desk and she said that her supervisor observed it earlier and was ok with it! Other guests attempted to use the pool area as well but also ended up leaving. My first visit here and I’m very dissatisfied with customer service and not feeling safe.

Liked: The breakfast that I had was really quite good. I enjoyed the Buffett that allowed me to choose options that included French toast, fresh fruit, and scrambled eggs.
Disliked: There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel.

Liked: The property is conveniently located to our desired destination,very clean,I would say everything is excellent,that include the complimentary breakfast
Disliked: No daily room cleaning and we have to go down to the counter to pick up fresh towels,other than that,this place is great.Thanks.
