Disliked: The hotel cancelled the reservation at the last minute and did not refund my money yet!

We love Home2 Suites but...

Liked: Clean. Easy to get to
Disliked: Toilet seat was very loose, the coffee creamer in the room was old and curdled in my coffee, no 1/2&1/2 in lobby, breakfast offerings were adequate

Liked: Good overall. What we have come to expect from Home 2 Suites
Disliked: Breakfast was not attended to well by staff. Home 2 Suites usually have plenty of selections. This one did not and what they had, they were low on. We were there around 45 minutes and eventually they did fill some items but this was between 8 and 9 am and far below other Home 2 suites breakfast set ups

Exceptional

Excellent stay!!

Liked: I enjoyed having access to the free breakfast buffet. The air conditioning was very cold. Clean bathrooms. Pots and pans if I wanted to cook. The location was very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and 5min to shopping centers.
Disliked: The elevator was down and had to walk 3 flights each time because I was coming and going but it was good exercise.
