Disliked: Wasn't fond of the microwave breakfast food, didn't get a handicap room, because no grab bars and toilet was not ADA height, the pillows, for me were way toooooooo soft

Roughin’ It

Liked: Home2 Suites has a nice hotel and I enjoy having a small kitchenette area in the room.
Disliked: Elevator stopped working on the morning of the 2nd day and being on the 4th floor with 3 kids is not a fun experience. The elevator repair person came by and left and said that he wouldn’t be able to fix it because of incoming storms. Additionally, the entire wireless went out in the hotel on the last night. I went to the front desk to tell them and they weren’t aware initially and told me that the network is managed by another company and they would be at the hotel in the morning. I told the front desk person that it seemed possibly power related because Hilton Honors wasn’t even being broadcasted and she said she’d check it out. It wasn’t fixed until I woke up at 6AM the following morning. It would have been nice to have that working while having 3 kids in the room wanting to watch Disney+.
