Clean, friendly staff, convenient and...

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean, complimentary breakfast, spacious room with full kitchen! Close walking distance to Amalie arena and lots of restaurants!
Disliked: Elevators kinda slow.

Liked: Great location! Breakfast was mediocre.
Disliked: We booked this hotel for the location to the cruise terminal. I did not like that they gave us a pet stay room when we had no pets. The room was not clean. It had stains in the carpet and dog hair on the mattress and sheets. You had to pay for parking and it had no elevator from the parking garage to the hotel and when you checked out the stairwell entrance was locked so you had to go under the gate to get to your car. Once you got to your car you had to get someone to let the front desk know that you’re leaving the parking garage to get them to open the gate.
