Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: Booking charged me for the room & so did the hotel. When I call the hotel, they said Booking is to give me a refund & when I call Booking, they said the hotel is supposed to give me a refund. Essentially, I paid $300 for one night, but technically I was only supposed to pay the $115 that was it.

Disliked: with a DND tag on door,i was rousted to dress and go with security to front desk.the manager said we show that room vactant.ishowed receipt from credit card and he asked for i.d.,i said ..i was sleeping..he said we put you in a room you dont qualify for..is that an apology?...no,just doing my job....no apoogy

Liked: Location was great. We came in town for a Cardinals game and the walk was roughly 15 minutes.
Disliked: Parking was a hassle. However, he found a parking garage down the street.
