Nice hotel, but not enough...

Liked: Good value. The room was a nice size and had fridge, microwave, dishes, dishwasher. The gym was really nice with lots of equipment.
Disliked: They were grossly understaffed. We stood in line for over 30 minutes just to check in. We never saw even one person from housekeeping staff in 3 days. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. It was difficult to get more towels. One evening, we needed to get another key, and there was no one at the desk. We waited there for 15 minutes, then finally just left and got food and came back. Another guest was waiting to check in, and he actually went behind the desk and started knocking on the door that said Staff Only, and still no one came out to help. Our last morning, breakfast wasn't ready, no silverware. It literally just seemed like about 20% of staff showed up to work, and everyone else called off.

Accommodating Staff and Comfortable Rooms!

Liked: The hotel was very comfortable and nice! We were in town for a hockey game and the hotel is close to the arena and lots of things downtown. Though due to technical issues, the key cards were not working the staff was friendly and helpful.
