Not a fan

Liked: Very clean property and room. I liked the fact that YouTube was available on my tv room
Disliked: Staff was not very friendly. I went to the pool in the evening and there was loud screaming teenagers in the pool. I immediately left. Noise in the early mornings and banging near my room. They did not have milk in their shop or in hotel store. I did get milk during breakfast in the morning and noticed it was expired April 15th! Staff was very unhelpful and acted as they did not care about much. Pillows were very uncomfortable as well. The worst was finding the place. It’s hidden behind two other hotels with a tiny sign showing where it’s at.

Liked: I loved the size of the room, and the size of the pool.
Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. The juice tasted sour and the ‘hot’ food was cold. Biggest issue I had is that the first afternoon after check in we went to the pool and there were no towels. Another guest grabbed extra from the gym and provided us some. Later that evening, 6 hours later there were still no towels and when we asked for pool towels the front staff said we needed to grab them from the gym and they continued to play on their phones. Second day we asked for more towels for the room and we were given two saying that they did not have enough to provide us with us all a fresh towel. Overall for the cost, it wasn’t horrible, but I would suggest checking out other hotels. *this one was a huge let down compared to the one in Little Rock Arkansas

With a bit more attention...

Liked: The location was easy to access. The indoor pool was well maintained. Our room was comfortable and sleek. The provided toiletries were of good quality. All bedside outlets were in working order. The gym facility included a pull-up bar which my husband appreciated. Breakfast was decent enough.
Disliked: Upon check-in neither of our keys worked; I needed to retrieve a staff member to go up with us with a device that they used on the room door and then the keys worked. There were no clean towels in the pool area. Our room’s shower wall was not clean (see attached photo) which I unfortunately didn’t notice until I was putting my young children into the shower after swimming.
