Overall, the hotel was nice...

Liked: Room was extremely functional. Lots of storage and work space. Nice to have shampoo, conditioner, etc provided. It was also nice to have a full size mirror. Things were very clean as well.
Disliked: Breakfast - not many hot options, bagels were too hard to eat, waffles were over cooked, apple juice came out as water. I have had decent breakfasts in hotels, but this one was disappointing.

Disliked: Checked into room with no pillows! Was hesitant at that point if room had been cleaned staff could not provide an answer ! Not good! Asked to be moved to another room could not do none cleaned front desk said she would alert me when room was available it never happened!

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by everything about this stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and totally helpful in every way.
