My stay was stressful!!!!

Disliked: Charged DOUBLErude staff Missy was her name She put a $500.00 debit on my card and charged the card I presented. Plus had a $ hold on my card! Needless to say my trip was halted because of my outstanding balance due to negligence of staff

Not a bad stay if...

Liked: Nice size room, clean and swimming pool.
Disliked: Breakfast eggs were mush, no flavor and setup made it very hard to get to the eggs. Bathroom very small, had no hair dryer when it said it did, and they didn't restock the coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the room. But they did have waffles.

Liked: The stay was great!! Clean rooms, great pool! Breakfast was good, but ya gotta get it first thing when they open it up because it goes fast.

What stay?

Disliked: We booked our room several days in advance for just one night. We used Booking.com. ONE HOUR before check in I received an email telling me our reservation was cancel and reason given was late cancellation. Seeing how I did not cancel my reservation I called the hotel and was told that indeed my reservation had been cancelled because booking.com had overbooked them. The staff was unapologetic and didn’t even try to understand the inconvenience it caused for me and my family. We ended up having to rent from another hotel that was $100 more!
