Liked: The room was very good. It was convenient off the interstate. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were all friendly. We did not get cleaned when we were supposed to so we were given 1000 points of Hilton rewards. The receptionist really wanted to compensate for the inconvenience
Disliked: I paid full price and the pool was very cold (unusable). We were supposed to have our room cleaned the second day, and it was not. We were gone all day and came back to a dirty room and no fresh towels. I asked the front desk , they proceeded to tell me that someone called out and having problems with housekeeping etc. I said, "Never mind we are leaving in AM, I just want some towels at this point

I would stay there again.

Liked: It was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: My only complaints was with the other patrons at the hotel. I was woken up several times throughout the night with people screaming through the hallways.
