Another great stay!

Liked: I appreciate the standards found at Home2Suites. Good soundproofing, clean and comfortable amenities. It's like having your own little apartment and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Extra clean, comfortable, big rooms with kitchen! Staff was extremely friendly and they even allowed us to check in early which I really appreciated

Friendly, clean and quiet made...

Liked: The soundproofing in your building is wonderful. I never heard anyone above, next to or down the hall. The hot water in the shower was wonderful and the beds extremely comfortable. I really enjoyed your front desk staff. Very friendly!Also I've never stayed at a hotel with such a clean dog potty area. Thank you for that!
Disliked: I was traveling with my dogs and while this is not something you can do anything about, the surrounding area is overrun with rabbits! My dogs had a very hard time not being distracted by them when we pottied.

Ideal for short stays

Liked: everything worked properly, beds were comfy and warm. Lots of shops and department stores nearby.
Disliked: Breakfast was continental style, cooked breakfast would have been nice, but probably would not then have been included.

Liked: Great hotel. Clean. Great staff.
Disliked: We took the shuttle to the airport. Driver dumped us off at ARRIVALS, where he had to pick up guests. From ARRIVALS, we had to lug 70lbs of luggage each, plus 2 pets, to DEPARTURES. That sucked!!!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else

Liked: Staff was excellent. Every issue I had was taken care of. Room was amazing. One of the best hotel stays I've had.
