Liked: The staff where friendly, helpful, and truly stars. Well done on hiring and retaining such great ambassadors for your brand.
Disliked: The free wifi wasn't great for me and as a business traveler that made work hard. I didn't bother to upgrade to paid wifi - which admittedly could have made a difference.

Disliked: I’m a light sleeper. It was not possible to turn off the ventilation fan. The sofa bed was not comfortable.The tv system doesn’t support Netflix or Prime or Youtube for example to display your own content.

Disliked: I booked the two room suite and its the exact same thing as the 1bedtoom suite just more expensive. Didnt know hotels could deceive that way, just a heads up. Oh and elevator smelled so strong of mold it was almost alarming.
