Nice alternative to staying in...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The room was very nice. It was close to a few good restaurants. Cheaper than staying in the city.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft. Parking was an extra $27. I’m assuming that is to cover the cost of all the ‘free’ EV charging stations.

Disappointing Experience with Deposit and...

Liked: While the location was convenient and the breakfast area was decent.
Disliked: I am very disappointed with my recent stay at Home2 Suites By Hilton San Francisco Airport North. Although the front desk staff was polite, I received conflicting information multiple times regarding the deposit I left at check-in.I was charged a $204 deposit, and I was assured that parking for two nights ($27 per night) would be deducted from this amount, meaning I should have received $150 back. We left the room clean and in perfect condition — there were no issues at all.However, I only received $54 back to my account. This makes no sense, and no one was able to clearly explain the reason for the difference. Every time I asked, I was given inconsistent and unclear answers.As a guest, I am very unhappy with how this situation has been handled and with the lack of transparency when it comes to deposit charges. For a hotel of this standard, I expect clear, consistent communication and fair treatment.
