Good

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was good. Love that hotel was a street away from San Fernando Church and walkable to everything. Availed of valet service. Valet and front desk were pleasant and polite. The man at the breakfast who was responsible for cleaning was excellent and had a nice & kind personality.
Disliked: (1) The dishwasher leaked and we reported it to the front desk. We were offered another room but it was already late at night and we were tired so we refused offer. (2) We asked cleaning lady to clean room on our 3rd day as the room was not very clean at the onset and since the dishwasher had leaked. We only got fresh towels. (3) Re valet service - expensive!!! Moreso because it took over an hour to get our car even after following instructions to text early. Best to give an appointed time to bring up car the day before especially during the weekend when hotel is fully booked.
