Liked: The location of the hotel is great, very close to the riverwalk and the coolest restaurants and bakeries. It is on a noisy and busy street, but when you are in the room you can not hear the noise. We were placed on the 11th floor, in a room with a view of the Majestic. Huge spacious, clean mini-apartment, with a kitchen and a large work area. Large and comfortable bed. This room was cheaper than rooms in other nearby hotels where we stayed earlier this year. And this room is much cleaner and more spacious than all the others. Free breakfast included - freshly baked waffles, croissants, bagels, oatmeal, sausage, eggs, juices, coffee and tea. Very nice staff. The only downside, which was not significant for me, but may be important for someone else, is that only one elevator works, and in the morning, during breakfast, there are queues, and people from the middle floors can wait 15-20 minutes to go down. It's not a problem for me to go up the stairs, even to the 11th floor, and even after breakfast haha.
Disliked: If all the elevators worked this would be a perfect place to stay for a couple of days or a longer stay.

Liked: Close to the Riverwalk
Disliked: The tub had hairs in it..There were only one working elevator. The icebox in the room went out on us. Our leftovers that we planned on eating the next day had water in it from the broken icebox. The couches had stains. For $400 we could have did better.
