Very good stay but bring...

Liked: Location to Riverwalk, clean and affordable

Our overall stay was good...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Our room size was good.
Disliked: This hotel only had one working elevator and two non working elevators. Pool was small.

Love the location and staff,...

Liked: Location and staff, staff also listened to concerns about lack of cleaning prior to arrival and proceeded to provide Hilton points
Disliked: Two out of three elevators broken. Room not properly cleaned prior to arrival (trash cans full, dirty dishes and counters, and hair on floors)

Staff members were so sweet...

Liked: Located near the River Walk so we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator worked & breakfast was not good.

Wonderful location had ticket to...

Liked: Large rooms. Great location
Disliked: Booking site said room with view. The only windows I had faced an interior hallway with solid walls and a skylight. The desk clerk said park with them because the municipal parking garage was 35 in and 35 out. It cost me 9 dollars a day. I did take the car out once no charge.
