Ideal, downtown location

Liked: Location, staff
Disliked: Only one (of three) elevators worked.

The stay was fine considering...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: 2 of 3 elevators were not working, resulting in 10+ minute waits at times. Dishes in Suite were not clean and bathroom vent/fan was inoperable.

Unmaintained Hilton

Liked: Hotel has a great location. There is a public parking right across the street ($10/day)Breakfast was good and the room was cozy.
Disliked: Hotel needs serious maintenance. There are two main entrances to the hotel but one is out of order/broken.. There are three elevators serving 14 floors but only one is "partly" working. I got stuck in the elevator once. Windows are cracked/dirty, you can't see outside, couch is ripped, chair armrest has screws sticking out, BE AWARE, don't hurt yourself.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much to like except for the location.
Disliked: They were out of everything. No functioning iron, a few electrical outlets were not working. The rooms condition was outdated, breakfast was ok, not like the other home 2 suite I've stayed in the past.

Liked: My single complaint was the pool. Looked a bit dirty, but overall the hotel was clean but slight dirty on the hallways.
