Disliked: If I had reserved the room directly from the hotel instead of Bookings.com the price would have been less. Plus a Senior discount the hotel offers that Bookings does not.Next stay will be made direct with the hotel

Liked: Everything was amazing especially the staff in charge of breakfast. Room was clean. When we requested for sheets to be replaced, they came immediately. Loved everything!

Disliked: It wasn't clean my room, I requested few times, no support from staff, I talk with supervisor and she did not resolve my complaint about to clean the room, I have to remove the bag trash, replace by new ones.
