I was very comfortable and...

Liked: Everything was good but I ran into a problem with the freezer. It was not freezing my items. I spoke to the receptionist about it and they said they would put a ticket in for me and get it fixed. They did offer another room but I declined due to being all set up. The freezer never got fixed and I didn’t bother to complain as I was very busy due to work. Other than that, overall, I was very comfortable and would stay there again.
Disliked: The freezer in my room never got repaired.

Liked: Safe and comfortable
Disliked: Housekeeping staff is amazing, but the front desk staff need to be re-trained. The front desk desk makes you feel unwanted. They surely don't care about your stay.
