Hotel ok…they didn't give us...

Liked: The hotel is ok. But, for those who want an invoice from this hotel, it's not worth it. We've tried every way to request the invoice, as it was a trip paid for with a company card, and they still haven't even responded. The hotel indicated it was Booking's responsibility, and Booking (which is true) indicates it's the hotel's responsibility. Anyway...

Superb

Liked: Love the price, location and size of the room. We always try to pick a Home2 Suites if possible in the location we are staying. They are very comfortable when you have to be away from home.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn't cool as well as it should. The handle was about to fall off the bathroom door. The pillows were horrible. Soft and flat as can be, even when doubling up on them.

Liked: The location was convenient to activities we attended. The room was spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was convenient, though we did very little/no cooking. In room coffee was good. Breakfast was very adequate. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The bathroom/shower was not totally clean. No vent in the bathroom. Very stuffy hallways and elevators.
