Disliked: I had an issue entering my room when I came back late because the key didn’t work, and I have to wait for someone to answer at the reception more than 10 minutes

Nice place to stay.

Liked: Nice, clean hotel with a very useful kitchenette, and nice comfy beds and pillows.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: Underground parking was a saviour in the rain. Nice large room with space for everything. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: We arrived at check in time but had to wait an hour for our room.

Liked: The staff was so kind and helpful. The outdoor sitting area was beautiful. Breakfast had many options which was great. Would stay here again.

Comfortable, relaxing, but mediocre.

Liked: Nice, clean and comfortable room. Give your cleaners a raise! They do an excellent job. Very relaxing. Loved the tub. Staff were very sweet, helpful and quick. Price was excellent.
Disliked: Floor was incredibly noisy in the middle of the night and it was very hard to sleep. The elevators are way too loud and noisy, which also made it hard to sleep. Make sure you ask for a room as far from the elevators as possible if you stay here. Breakfast was subpar, but filling. Lobby looked nice but smelled weird, like mustard, but the rest of the hotel looked and smelled great.
