Passable

Disliked: Booked through third party. Upon arrival, we were told the pool was closed and that was the main reason we were going there, so I tried to cancel but couldn’t get reimbursed because it was paid through a different company. Called the company I booked through and they said it could take up to 48 hours to get a reply from your manager at the hotel. We were only staying for one night, so that did no good. So we left and got another hotel, then kept getting calls from the hotel to see if we are going to check out or not because they wanted to book our room for another family. But they didn’t give me my money back for my hotel so technically I’m still on the hook for the room until it is resolved.

Liked: wasn't completely satisfied with the breakfast because I don't care for fake eggs, however I found enough to satisfy us. I did like and appreciate real dishes and utensils instead of plastic and Styrofoam!! The free shuttle worked very well for us.
Disliked: I did not like the cold indoor pool water. Forgot to inquire as to why it was not heated. The lighting in the room wasn't well distributed. Not enough light on the right side of the room.
