Great location, needs housekeeping

Liked: Good location, good price, friendly staff
Disliked: Not enough housekeeping. We didn't have any clean towels for the third day

Superb

Liked: Staff was what made the place so special, super helpful and just nice
Disliked: Doors banging around 2:30 am

Lovely stay, rooms were great...

Liked: Nice hotel, rooms were great size, lots of amenities!
Disliked: Pillows were uncomfortable, walls seemed too thin could hear everything going on next door.

A planned event cut considerably...

Liked: They staff was nice.
Disliked: This was a planned overnight with my son and 3 guests. I went to check in at 3 and because of being under staffed we were not able to check in until almost 7:00. It really took away from the night. We just lost hours and were unable to recover them.

A good value, good location....

Liked: A good value, nice kitchenette, good size room, large tv, allows pets
Disliked: Had a room that had a connecting door to room next door. Several nights, neighbors were loud and up late. All the noise came through the connecting door and made sleeping difficult.

An okay 2 night stay.

Disliked: The hotel could not find my booking.com reservation despite me having the confirmation number. The room itself looked as if it was recently renovated, but the renovation was never completed. The room door wouldn't close unless I literally lifted the door up on its hinges. There were still construction markings by the window. Etc. The breakfast was plain and the dining area was too small for the size of the hotel. I really expected more from a Hilton branded hotel.

I come to Henrietta several...
