Disliked: The paint was chipping off all bathroom doors, the hallways had scuffed walls and dirty doors, shower door was broken (theydid fix that while there) there was a leak in our room, either from the air cond or through the light switch, so rug was sopping wet. The elevator didn't work.

Disliked: The people above my room kept on running around most of the night and in the very early in the morning where I couldn't get any sleep

Liked: Great location near colleges, restaurants, shopping
Disliked: Modern facilities but some things coming apart (had to report fallen hardware and molding). Dining tables not cleaned regularly.

Average stay. Nonfunctioning shower lowered...

Liked: The comfort of the room was excellent. Very spacious. The room was clean and all the plates/utensils were perfectly acceptable.
Disliked: We had issues with the bathroom shower. The handle would spin and wouldn't turn on the shower. We asked this to be fixed, and it was almost immediately, although it broke again after the first use. We were not able to move rooms since the hotel was booked this weekend. We were able to get the water on and off with a lot of effort, but it was cold showers for our trip.

Liked: Large room, close to elevator
Disliked: Couch had cigarette burn marks, was itchy, pillows for couch smelled badly, breakfast food was not good, not much variety, dishwasher was running when we got there, did not have sheets and blankets for couch in room , elevator was very rough when it was landing on floor

Liked: Convenient location. Yes, it's on a busy road, but it's just background noise so wasn't disruptive.
Disliked: The fire alarm went off around 10:15 am. One of the guests said it had gone off the previous week as well. A fire truck did respond, and we returned to the room about 30 minutes later. But there was no announcement from the staff or anyone about the situation.
