Rooms need updating

Liked: Staff was very attentive to our needs and very courteous. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Bad dog smell in room. Carpets are very dirty. Needed a deep cleaning to sanitize carpet because of pet stains. Don't think I would stay there again. My recommendation is to take out carpets in the rooms and have only tile or wood floor so it's easy to sanitize.

Liked: Front desk staff was very helpful, courteous, and accommodating. The refrigerator and semi- kitchen set up was great.
Disliked: Dog smell in room. Dirty carpets in room and throughout hotel. I would suggest that carpets in rooms be taken up and replaced with tile for sanitary reasons.

Liked: The hotel was very nice, the rooms were spacious and came with a big refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine.
Disliked: What i didn't like was that the sheets were dirty. They were never changed. There were food crumbs at the bottom of the bed. The shower was also dirty with hair left in it. I went to housekeeping and asked for a new set of sheets and a bottle of cleaning spray. The young man handed me everything I needed with a cleaning cloth. He didn't offer to clean or change the sheets. I spoke to the lady down at the front desk, and she said she would message her boss to see if something could be done. I haven't heard back from them.

We will probably look elsewhere.

Liked: Staff is wonderful, room is large, bed is comfortable, and the kitchenette is a nice option.
Disliked: Breakfast quality is sub-par (nearly all processed, low-quality), no ventilation in room or shower, and overall cost is $75-100 more per night than other options in the area. (**Hilton corporate has adopted a “late checkout” policy—$50 charge for up to two hours. So staying until 14:00 adds $50 to your $200+ room charge for that day. Too greedy IMO.)
