Liked: location to I-95 was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean, even though the hotel was short staffed. Staff was friendly and worked well together to make it a good experience.
Disliked: Breakfast was good, but needed stocked and toaster for breads was smoking. Overall a good experience.

Services significantly varied and depended...
Liked: Aubrey, the receptionist at the front desk in morning of Monday May 26th, was marvelous. She was courteous friendly and helpful. She deserves a big compliment and she is a stellar employee of the Home 2 suites. Housekeeping services were excellent and they deserved a big compliment too.
Disliked: We stayed multiple days and noticed that services from receptionists to food providers were drastically varied depending on staff provided services. Having said that, this might be from the management policies rather than hotel employees. The food in the morning was also too skimped and not enough at all each day for the amount of people who stayed and compared to the level of other Hilton hotels.

Disliked: I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding the hotel accommodation I booked. Upon checking in and settling into the room, I noticed an unknown substance on the comforter.This raises concerns about the cleanliness and quality standards of the hotel. I wanted to inform you immediately and report this directly to the hotel management. Given the circumstances, I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise whether compensation or reimbursement can be provided.
