Beautiful, clean hotel but please...

Liked: Staff was excellent, breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean and easy to get to. We didn't use the pool or gym, but both looked clean and organized.
Disliked: For some reason, there is a smoke detector in the room that flashes a bright white light every seven seconds. I know that because I counted it all night long. I asked at the desk and they said it's a light to let you know it's working. It's an absolute nightmare to try to sleep under.

Disliked: Housekeeping was a problem. We had no toilet paper...saw housekeeping on way out to our venue said we needed fresh towels and had no toilet paper. Both myself and daughter spoke with them. Came back from venue, still no toilet paper and room was not refreshed. So no tip for housekeeping and we had to purchase our own toilet paper because front desk was no help. Also their breakfast was very lackluster, so not worth it...would not stay here again.

Disliked: Not having liners in the trash cans

Liked: The place was clean, and the staff was great. the amenities vs the price point was excellent
Disliked: Our room 428 was good overall, but the floor in the bedroom had soft spots. The ring around the shower mixing valve was installed wrong, hot was cold, and the other way around. The breakfast was lacking could have been better

Liked: The staff was so kind and helped us so much.
Disliked: Very minimal issue but the kitchen and bathroom has some dirty spots that gave away it hadn't't been cleaned. Food dried on the microwave handle, a bottle tab on the counter, and dark spots in the shower.
