Rude Staff
Liked: Was continually located to our Business Event.
Disliked: Staff was threatening to have our Vehicles towed. We have stayed at this location for the past 3 years with the same set up of Vehicles and never had the interactions with previous staff as we encountered this stay. We will more than likely not stay at that location again. Having over 300 k in Vehicles and threatening to have them towed was unpleasant.

I was very disappointed in...
Liked: I can honestly say that I really didn't like anything besides the location, on this visit
Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel we were notified that the pool and the hot tub were not open, this is our third visit to this establishment the first two times we can use the pool or hot time because of all the kids and parents that were in there, now this is the third time and we still didn't get to use the pool and the hot tub. The main reason that we come there is so that they can swim and use the hot tub so this is the third time that we haven't been able to do that, I also asked that we be close to the front doors where we enter and check in because I need a walker and it's hard for me to walk long distances, when we got there we parked in front and we went in to check in and we got our keys and we were at the very end of the hall on the first floor there which is all the way at the other end of the hotel, I had received an email that said that I would be close to where the elevators were so I didn't have to walk very far which I wasn't. When I mentioned it to the staff she said well there wasn't anything I could do, it seems to me when you know that you have someone that has requested a room close to the front you would not give that room out instead you would give the room at the very end of the hall to the person that you give the front room to! When we got into our rooms we noticed our bathroom was super small somebody with a handicap that can't stand or walk very far would have a very difficult time in the shower which I did that thing was so small and there is nowhere that you could sit so that you didn't fall and very little room to move around! I paid $223 to stay in that room! The beds were hard as a rock the bed pillows separate in half when you lay on them, and you would have to sign up on the Hilton page I guess to be able to access internet on your phone which just seems to me a little ridiculous when you pay that amount of money to stay in that room for one night!
