Great stay for a family...

Liked: Included breakfast was convenient, suite style room was great for a family of 4, hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. We had a very comfortable stay.
Disliked: Pool area was smaller than it looked in photos and felt crowded with just 1-2 other families there. It was also very loud inside the pool area. My kids still had fun though and we were happy the pool was indoors.

Best family hotel stay ever!

Liked: The room was gorgeous and spacious! And totally sound proof. Which gave this exhausted mama a bit of a reprieve. Our kids could move and talk with out any worry we were torturing our neighbors.
Disliked: Honestly, the bathroom door didn't lock. It needed to.

Friendly staff

Liked: The staff were all nice and friendly. The pool and gym were clean and in good working order. Breakfast options were great with plenty of seating. Our room was clean and smelled nice.
Disliked: The only small complaint I could think of is the pillows were a little flat.

Disliked: Breakfast needed to include something for gluten and dairy free, staff were no assistance at all which just made our morning more complicated as two of our family could not eat anything for breakfastNot impressed with concierge. We needed to organise a taxi or uber for the next morning to airport - was very unhelpful supplying contact details, wouldn't organise for us and contact details we did get didn't show up the next day and concierge then tells us they are typically unreliable and recommends a different service who are - why did he give us the other company details then the day before - just didn't need that extra stress when you are in a new town and needing to get to the airport - could just tell he was not interested in providing customer service.
