Avoid!
Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: I used this hotel while driving through the area, so I booked for convenience of the location and because im a Hilton rewards member. I travel a lot! This hotel was a nightmare! It was easily the worst experience I've had at a Hilton hotel. The parking is in the back, and there were very few spaces for handicapped parking. Actually, there was more parking near the building for an electric vehicle than a disabled person. The desk clerk kept me and my family( 3 teen daughters) standing at the desk for 20 minutes while he was on the phone. Didn't even make eye contact with me! Then, when he finally acknowledged me, he didn't apologize for the wait. Usually, the desk clerk will at least acknowledge you're standing there when they're busy. Nothing.Then he tells me I have the wrong hotel, rudely, then he finds my reservation, but there is an error with it.... by this point I've been there 30 minutes and he tells me I have to call customer service to solve the issue since I didn't book with him but I don't have a room for the night. I prepaid for the reservation, but he can't refund it. My only option is to book a new reservation or go to a different hotel. I book a room at the desk that's $40.00 MORE than what I prepaid plus 100 hold for incidentals.

Very good
Liked: Centrally located and room was really nice, spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was a nice touch.
Disliked: 3 nights we stayed, housekeeping never came.
