Liked: We loved our stay here. The pull out bed was perfect and the king sized bed was so comfortable! The entire room was great and we plan to stay again.
Disliked: One of the chairs in our room was stained and dirty.

Liked: Good location. Close to freeway. Walking distance to sandwich/ice cream shop. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

My experience overall was great!!

Liked: The size and amenities of the room were great! The hotel seemed newer, and the view of the snow capped mountain from the hallway window was fabulous! The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The only minor issue I experienced was the parking in the front of the hotel. The configuration of the parking lines may need re-thought.

It’s just an average hotel....

Liked: Average hotel; staff were always very friendly. One lady at night went out of her way to find a wine opener for the room… and although she provided a broken one, I appreciate the effort.
Disliked: For the price, they didn’t service my room daily. Never saw any indication that they didn’t do that or else I would have asked. Had lots of trash that needed taken care of that never was…Also, the breakfast (see picture) is not as advertised. It’s a regular hotel quick-service breakfast. Nothing special. Not sure why or how the previous people reviewing gave it such high marks. Third, the hot/cold water in the bathroom/shower was switched. Almost called the front desk after having it on “hot” for twenty minutes waiting for it to warm up. Finally, in the gym you should have free water or water refills for a water bottle. There was also no wipes for the gym which is a little unsanitary when you think about it.
