Great besides a housekeeper waking...

Liked: Overall nice hotel with convenience to where our event was held.
Disliked: Your housekeeping staff. Checkout is at 11 am. 9am a housekeeper knocked on the door said housekeeping and knocked again and proceeded to enter the room with us still inside in the bed. She never gave us a chance to get out of bed and to the door. Absolutely unacceptable. Fast forward to 9:20 she knocks again, unacceptable knowing she just entered into the room 20 minutes ago. Didn't know we needed to be out and felt like we needed to rush to checkout due to housekeeping pushing us to leave. 2 hours before checkout to enter into our room was not professional or considerate by any means. I paid to stay until 11am not 9:30. Once we decided to rush to leave so she could stop questioning when we were leaving we open the door and there she is standing right there. She immediately ask us if we were done, rudely. I would return here on our next trip for our event but due to this situation I will stay elsewhere. I've never felt like I needed to leave a hotel before I was ready to checkout. Your staff at the desk was great. Maybe do a little better on the housekeeping worker!
