Disappointing

Liked: Location was great, very close to PNC Arena. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no hot water either morning of my stay. Same for my friend staying two doors down. A staff member said the system was working fine, they just run out of hot water early once everyone starts taking showers. Hotel was oversold so my room type was changed. That was OK, but a misunderstanding resulted in my being charged a higher rate. I have called several times to try to resolve the matter, but the manager refuses to speak to me and the desk staff say only she has the authority to fix it. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Liked: The property was clean!
Disliked: Check in time states 3 pm. We arrived at about 430 and had to wait about 20 minutes for a room. You are expected to check out by a certain time but we couldn’t check in upon arrival. Staff stated the rooms were still dirty. I’m not typically a complainer but when you pay to stay somewhere you expect to check in when you get there after driving for awhile. Especially if we have to leave by a certain time.
