We picked this place because...

Liked: Quiet area
Disliked: A huge roach crawled up the wall behind the TV We tried to kill it, but it got away. An hour later, I turned on a light hoping to keep it away so I could sleep and I almost stepped on it. Finally killed it. Got about 5 hours of sleep Reached out to management with the video. All they did was offer us an upgrade for our next visit

I was surprised by the...

Liked: Large room for a big group with plenty of space. Room was clean, bathroom looked like a new. Breakfast with enough options and porcelain plates (really, not paper or plastic).
Disliked: They have already porcelain plates and cups for breakfast so they should not be using plastic cutlery.

Liked: The design of the rooms was nice; the upkeep of the facilities
Disliked: I felt I was bothering some of the staff by asking questions about local stores and questions in general which made myself and other family ones with uneasy.
