Great rooms with a not...
Liked: The rooms are extremely well equipped and is very easy to stay and eat in there. Very spacious and comfortable. The area is easy to get even though not very walkable.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Only bread, milk, cereals, coffee and waffles. Compared with other same level hotels, is much short in diversity, which can be painful if you stay for more than one night.

Great location! Great rooms!
Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable. Please update your pillow game! Because that was my only complaint.

Liked: My husband and I would have preferred a room that was not directly below the renovations that were in progress on the 2nd floor. We were awakened by the construction above us . When we complained to the front desk, we were offered a room on the 4th floor. We were told that the third and fourth floors were completely booked the day before when we checked in. I don't believe that the entire third and fourth floors were completely booked. The hotel looked like a ghost town. I could count the number of guests that I saw on one hand for the three days and two nights that we were there. Then we were told that a supervisor or manager would not be there until Monday. How convenient given the fact that we were checking out on Sunday. We never received a call from the manager. I really think they could have handled the situation a lot better. They should have booked us into a room away from the renovations from the start.
