Our stay was great- location...

Liked: The front desk staff is so incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room was a great size with a big fridge. The bed was super comfy and the location was quiet. Parking was close by in the parking deck-it was easy in and out with a QR code.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit dirty. For instance, the patio table was not clear, dust on baseboards. Not enough silverware and cups- no dish soap or dish towels. The breakfast was always crowded and the food wasn’t good but the coffee was always hot! The water in the shower never got hot. Mostly lukewarm water.

Lovely location for singles and...

Liked: Breakfast was decent for on the go guests. Great location away from downtown FTL and the craziness in MIA. Pool was nice but some of the lounge chairs were broken but they have towel, water and bathrooms on the same level so it makes lounging by the pool convenient. The kitchenette was perfect for an extended stay and the coffee shop next door is a local favorite.
Disliked: The gym was 80 degree and you couldn’t bring down the temp without maintenance getting involved. Not the best place to put a laundry room that is consistently used by guests running the dryer all day.
