Great family spot

Passable

Liked: Excellent location, the room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant.
Disliked: Very expensive . Breakfast was chaotic. One of the elevators was broken. No pool towels available. We vacationed with my brother and his family and they requested early check in since we arrived early after a cruise. Their room wasn't available until after 4 pm.

Liked: The location
Disliked: A lot to things we’re broken. The slider door kept locking and was very hard to open. The AC stopped working and we had to get it fixed. There were no real comforters on the bed so two of us woke up cold in the middle of the night multiple times and had to keep increasing the heat. At breakfast, one of the staff members was rude on multiple occasions saying “it’s only me” even though people were just telling her things were out.

Good

Liked: The location was great. Minutes to the pompano beach pier.
Disliked: The room was dusty, especially the lamp fixtures and tv base. Could use some extra time dusting the place.

Decent

Liked: I like that the location of the property, the front desk employees were amazing as well as the employees that ran the breakfast bar. I enjoyed the accessibility of coffee through out the day .
Disliked: I didn’t like the customer service of the housemaids, I wish there were better options / more of a variety for the breakfast bar

Exceptional

Liked: Spacious room, exceptionally clean and friendly staff , across the street from the beach.
Disliked: Only there for a short time
