A 5 star facility that is incredibly well designed and well serves the needs of the guests. It has to be one of the best available and at an extremely reasonable cost!

Liked: Everything was so incredible. The room was one of the best we've ever had. The staff was so cordial and helpful. The entire facility was clean and neat. It is definitely a hotel designed for the total comfort of the guests.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Good location, pet friendly, and spacious room
Disliked: Could improve cleanliness. The microwave plate in out room had dried sauce/melted cheese that hadn’t been washed.

Perfect weekend vacation

Liked: Everything was perfect, so clean and perfect.I got engaged and they had a little gift bag and a card. So sweet of them. I will be coming back!
Disliked: I loved everything.

Liked: location was easy to get to. The breakfast was fine, nice to have coffee always available.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner. They should have cleaned up the tables during breakfast. I don't think there was enough help. The toilet paper and tissues are very cheap and thin for the price of the hotel. You expect more at a Hilton.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the suite was clean. I liked having the kitchenette. Loved the firepit.
Disliked: I was told by local friends there had been a big renovation. I was just surprised, the room seemed kind of dated. We had just been at the Tulyp Tapestry in Michigan. There wasn’t anything bad about the stay, maybe I was just spoiled by the Tulyp.

Liked: Everything was lovely-clean, comfortable, and affordable. The young man at the front desk (ponytail) was so helpful; he was great!
Disliked: The only complaint that I have, which is out of the establishment's control, is the noisy people in the hallway up to 3AM. They ruined what could have been a restful night of sleep.
