Won’t be staying there again....

Liked: The breakfast was adequate. Very routine.I did like the cleanliness of the entire hotel
Disliked: Ice maker on 4th floor didn’t work our entire 4 night stay.Only one of the two elevators were operational.Paying to park???? What’s up with that. Ridiculous. Parking should be included. Not a surprise when I arrive!

If it wasn't so cold...

Liked: The room was big and clean. It was one of the better of the Home2Home suites I have stayed in.
Disliked: I realized the last night (3rd) in my room that the thermostat was broken, and not that they had it set permanently. Then when notified the front desk they did try to fix it but couldn't and no solution was offered. So, my room stayed at 69F and below.

Business stay

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Staff was very rude

Good value, with breakfast included.

Liked: Good location, quiet room. Love the layout of the room. Great use of space. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Sink was clogged and there was no soap in the shower (container was empty), nor at the sink.

Pleasant

Liked: New facility with a nice heated pool for relaxing time.
Disliked: Despite paying $200+ per night,, the rooms didn't have a single bottle of water....the bare minimum. Water is reserved for Hilton honors members apparently.The staff is very kind, and would gladly give you one when asked. As a customer I felt like I am being seen as an ATM machine, trying to milk me $1 dollar, instead of feeling valued and respected.There was no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, the air conditioning was on all night, no way to turn it off and it was very loud. I barely slept at all from its noise. The included breakfast is okay. Not good, not bad...the typical hotel breakfast. It is a nice new facility overall but not a good value for the money.

It was great except for...

Disliked: I think it is important to let people know that you must pay extra to park your car on the premises. We were not aware of this and were so disappointed.
