GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION BUT...

Liked: The stay is always great, the staff members are kind, and they changed their breakfast and there are quite a few more items to choose from! The room ready for us; and we always enjoy staying at this property as it is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, etc.
Disliked: We found out on this trip; you now have to pay for parking. We hadn't been to this property for a while, and we immediately noticed the signs as you enter. That's a no go for us because for years we have stayed at this location and its sister property, Hilton Garden, we have never had to pay for parking. Seems they are following California on this one. There are many other properties in Tempe who do not charge, and we will be on the lookout for those.

Disliked: Our door didn’t latch, cleaning staff could not speak English

We stayed here six years...

Liked: Location was excellent.
Disliked: Bathroom was not very clean, mold in shower, peeling paint. This hotel needs some general maintenance.
