Disliked: Convient to the event I shared with my granddaughter. Staff was friendly and very helpful. My granddaughter forgot her concert sign in our vehicle which the valet had already parked. Teana at the front desk worked diligently and brought the sign up to our room. Absolutely 😀with everything. Thank you

Liked: The property is located across the street from the Phoenix Arena (south entry), which was super convenient for the event we attended.Overall, the hotel was very quiet, and the beds were comfy—definitely made for a restful stay.
Disliked: I wasn’t aware the hotel was located on the back side of the Phoenix Arena, which made it a bit of a walk to nearby restaurants and bars—not ideal if you’re in heels! Especially after a concert, when you’re looking to grab a bite or go bar hopping after your event at the arena, the location felt a bit out of the way.Breakfast was decent but not very filling. We ate around 7:30, and when we went back for seconds, there were no warm items left. It seems they only put out a limited amount, and once it’s gone, it’s gone—which was definitely a bummer.The room was clean, but there was a strong smell of perm chemicals, which was strange.
