Very good

Great Stay!

Liked: From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, beds & pillows were comfortable & the breakfast was great!! We will definitely booking with Home2 Suites in the future.
Disliked: The check in line was a long and I feel like the front desk should have had help - she was great by the way, but definitely needed assistance checking people in to help the process to faster.

Painful

Liked: The gym was good. 75lbs dumbbells are a rare fine in a hotel. Staff was very attentive. Room was nice except for the bed.
Disliked: The bed physically destroyed me. My Friday business agenda was ruined. The mattress was so soft or worn out that by lower back was in so much pain I had to cancel my Friday agenda and just try to make my way home in agony. The breakfast doesn’t offer much for healthy eaters. I try not to eat grease or sugar. The sausage cooked egg and breaded chicken were oily. Yogurt had loads of sugar. For people who eat mostly just protein the only choice is the hard boiled eggs.

Housekeeping could be better.

Liked: Free water and fruit, free breakfast, free parking.
Disliked: Rooms were not clean, sticky floor in walk through area, mirrors dirty, dusty cabinets, stained pillow cases, front desk did not answer the phone, stained carpets.
