Housekeeping could be better.

Liked: Free water and fruit, free breakfast, free parking.
Disliked: Rooms were not clean, sticky floor in walk through area, mirrors dirty, dusty cabinets, stained pillow cases, front desk did not answer the phone, stained carpets.

Liked: Proximity to our intended activity which was a local Basketball stadium
