The room was absolutely awesome! So roomy. Full kitchen and great service. Staff was awesome. It was right next door to many eateries and having the Reading Market across the street was great. Perfect location to walk to everything you would want. Definitely plan on going back.

Ok hotel, good location but...

Liked: Good location and room was fairly spacious.
Disliked: Small doubles, very small swimming pool and breakfast in the lobby was awful. Boiling hot due to no airconditioning, not enough seating and everything was messy and unorganised.

Liked: The staff was very responsive. The location is great.
Disliked: The breakfast was somehow poorly organized, everything was on disposable utensils and either the juice machine or yogurt machine was out of order.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful - quickly responded to questions and requests through the texting option. Very friendly. Possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in.
Disliked: The lobby was hot, but with the glass windows on the front and sliding doors it's probably hard to keep that area cool in the summer.
