The room was absolutely awesome! So roomy. Full kitchen and great service. Staff was awesome. It was right next door to many eateries and having the Reading Market across the street was great. Perfect location to walk to everything you would want. Definitely plan on going back.

Liked: location is amazing, its in the center of all the major transportation. clean comfortable rooms. the little kitchenet is super useful even if you are staying one night.
Disliked: had a fire alarm at 2am, that wasnt fun at all. but observing the entire hotel chilling outside in PJs was a big plus

IT WAS MAGNIFICENT!

Liked: We live in Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana, and we loved our room. Everything about it was wonderful and we know WONDERFUL! The Front Desk was Extremely Kind & Helpful. The Hotel was across the street from Reading Terminal Market which had everything I could have dreamed of eating. What a wonderful location for a Hotel***
Disliked: The check in was after 4:00pm. The staff was not ready for our check-in. I am a disabled person and had to stand with my walker for an hour to start with my check-in.

Other than the flaws I...

Liked: Location was perfect and the room was big.
Disliked: I think it’s time to upgrade the mattress, because the bed I slept in had a dip in the middle and the carpet needs to be cleaned.
