Best stay outside of home.

Liked: We loved everything. Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. Roomy. Clean. Great location. Comfortable beds. Love the extra pull out bed of the couch.
Disliked: Hot tub didn't have jets but everything was lovely. Yummy breakfast. Loved the breakfast sandwiches

Liked: I did not stay 8/22-24 I stayed 8/23-25 don’t know why after I stayed it is not showing the right dates I was also over charged. I paid for these rooms ahead of time and they still charged me $500 when it was paid for in advance!

Liked: The breakfast was the best we’ve had; the staff was very helpful and friendly;the room clean and beds comfortable,carts were available for luggage;parking was free and laundry was convenient.Best location as the kids had a blast at 5below and the Hawaiian dinner place was so good and refreshing. Loved all of it. Would always stay here when I am in Petaluma!!
Disliked: Spa jets didn’t work, but spa and pool were still relaxing.

Worth the money!

Liked: When we first arrived from airport, our room wasn't ready but the lady (I honestly can't remember her name now), but she recommended a restaurant and told us our room would be ready when we returned. It was ready when returned and because we were there for our mom's 70th Birthday she gave her a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast every morning was amazing! I understand being short staffing but this staff was amazing and it was worth the stay. We came from VA to CA and will return again to your facility.
