Disliked: Hotel floor was hot. AC was either too cold or heat was coming out. The one major thing that REALLY bothered me was the towel service. One night we asked for more towels and was told that you have to come down to the front desk to get them. Day 2 we were told that you have to EXCHANGE the towels with a staff member. This really rubbed me the wrong way because you’re asking the customer to touch DIRTY towels that we’ve already bathed with and bring them to you in order to get new ones????!?!!! I’m confused and offended as a paying customer. I will not be staying at a Home 2 ever again.

Liked: I throughly enjoyed our stay because the room was spacious,very comfortable, and tidy.
Disliked: I wouldn’t change a thing because it was an honor to be at a nice hotel with excellent room service.

Liked: Close enough but still some distance from the partying. Traveled with 2 under 2
