Disappointing

Liked: It was next to family
Disliked: The room was not in the best condition. The lamp shade looked as if someone pissed on it, plus it was busted. The shades did not go up and down for sunlight. It took too too long for the water to become hot. When calling to complain about the room, that's when we were notified that the building was under renovation. And last the next morning we were told that the manager would contact me about discounting my room but never called.
