Disliked: We booked through a third party however when we checked in the pool was closed. We was told by booking that the pool was open and the only reason we stayed here is for the pool . False advertisement on booking end.

Decent for the price and...

Liked: Accommodating staff and good location.
Disliked: The shower would not produce warm water and there were some stains on the wall in the bathroom.

Frustrating checkin

Liked: The staff the next day were very helpful finding my pillow. I had left it in the room. They had already stripped the bed and taken the pillowcase off and putting my pillow in a drawer in the room
Disliked: We booked the room on booking.com, the man at the desk couldn't see our reservation. Just kept talking about how 3rd party companies are all terrible. In the mean time he paused us and booked another couple in an available room. I even questioned him about not giving our room away, we needed one, he said he had 4. Then he tried looking for our reservation again, still not finding anything, told us we needed contact booking.com, which all of the reservation puts you back at the hotel. So finally we were like, just give us a room and we will figure out the booking.com later. But now he has no rooms. Really frustrating, since he paused our check in process to book another couple. So we finally leave to go find another hotel. We hadn't gotten out of the area before he called and said he now had the reservation. Very frustrating at 9:00 pm, when you secured a room before leaving the previous town that had no vacancies.
