Disliked: For two nights of my stay my room key was not working, so I went to the front desk for assistance and waited over an hour outside my room in the hallway to resolve my issue.

Liked: The staff was very decent and friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located next to all shops, food, and activities.

Accommodations were perfect!

Liked: Had to leave before breakfast...fishing trip. Location was perfect! Room size was great. Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like. Price was a little hefty, but everything was so good that it was worth it.

While the property had great...

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The exterior of the hotel was very appealing, especially the patio, it was visually pleasing and added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. The pool was simple but perfect for a quick dip, and the lobby was clean and welcoming. I also appreciated the guest laundry facilities, which helped me save some money, definitely a convenient feature. Although I didn’t use the gym, it looked very clean and well-maintained, great for a quick workout. The room itself was a highlight, with a fully equipped kitchen that added a lot of value. The TV also had plenty of options, which made relaxing in the room even better.
Disliked: Honestly, some of the front desk staff were pretty rude during my stay. On my second night, the overnight team had a serious attitude. They looked at me like I didn’t belong there—even though I had my key card and was clearly a paying guest. The overnight attendant, in particular, was really dismissive. I asked if I could extend my stay by an hour, and instead of helping, he gave me attitude, avoided eye contact, and brushed me off like I was a bother. It made me wonder what I did to deserve that kind of treatment.Late at night, there were barely any snack options available for purchase, and they never restocked them during my stay. Same issue with the free laundry service—you’d think there would at least be soap available for purchase, but there was none.The room itself had some issues, too. The shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, so I had to be extra cautious using it. The pillows looked worn out and could definitely use replacing.Overall, the hotel just felt lifeless. The energy was dull and unwelcoming, which unfortunately matched the vibe of the town—in a bad way. It’s not a place I’d be quick to return to.
