Poor customer service, poor responses...

Liked: Breakfast was okay
Disliked: Lack of housekeeping. Left the hotel after two nights and no housekeeping. Was scheduled to stay a week.

We been coming to Oswego...

Liked: The food for breakfast was ok yogurt machine stop working which was a little disappointing but all in all ok. Your staff at this Oswego location is top notch very helpfully and friendly
Disliked: The hall ways were full of garbage from peoples rooms make be you could have someone walk the hallways to pick up more often, some garbage started to smell

Cozy overnight experience.

Liked: The sheets and towels felt outstanding. We had a king size bed which was so comfortable. I loved the king size pillows which are far better than the small square things at other hotels. They also had flat pillows and puffy choices which was nice too. Great kitchen including a full size refer and dishwasher.
Disliked: Right next to an auto racetrack. I'm glad I didn't come during a race weekend or it would had been disappointing from a sound standpoint.
