Liked: It was a good location between the attractions and the airport. Channel was very helpful helping us secure our same day reservation. The property was quiet, the rooms spacious, and there was nice pool for the kids. We loved cucumber mint water in the dispenser in the lobby, was nice refresher after a hot day.

I would stay every time

Liked: The breakfast was good but the bagels was hard the link sausage was dry the orange juice was like cheap container on the shelf other than that I’m happy with the stay

Liked: The building and the organization of this property were just fine. I had many issues though however involving the staff and the way they handled a matter involving my identity and an ongoing issue I am having involving Identity Theft from a organized group of people operating around Orlando and the surrounding areas. I offered a means and proof along with a well documented and very prepared booking at the property for the Manager ( a hispanic woman). However she chose to react in a very unscrupulous manner and to call into action despite my professionalism regarding the matter, my booking, rewards and banking now being in a bad state from the booking that was paid and non refundable. This woman is without a doubt involved in this organized system of digital and physical moving parts and fixed people and assists them with taking advantage of people's identity and banking info manipulating the computer records system and rewards system to change bookings and help out those committing the fraud.
